Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Return & Exchange Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted within [7 days - aap change kar sakte hain] of product delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Unboxing Video Mandatory: To claim a return or refund for damaged or wrong products, customers are required to provide an uncut opening/unboxing video of the package.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or altered items (e.g., stitched blouses, custom-cut fabrics).
Products purchased during clearance or mega sale events.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: Payments will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred via UPI/Bank transfer.
Shipping Charges for Returns
